New EPA Rules Allow BioAttract to Be Exempt from Federal Regulation (Registration) in The U.S.

According to the latest update to the EPA rules (April 24, 2025)， Inert Ingredients Approved for use in Minimum-Risk Pesticide Products," Products consisting of foods and containing no active ingredients, which are used to attract pests," can be exempt from federal regulation under the Minimum-Risk Exemption regulations.

Bioglobal's BioAttract suite products are exactly those products that consist of food additives and contain no active ingredients as defined in the above-mentioned latest rules.

Although the insert ingredients in BioAttract are not explicitly listed in the said rules, they are commonly consumed food commodities as defined in the relevant food regulation rules in the U.S. and many other countries.
